These terms govern your use of MRCS28 and its courses. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. MRCS28 is provided by Carolina Alvim Roup Rosa, trading as MRCS28, a sole trader based in England. Our contact address is 303 Grand Tower, 1 Plaza Gardens, London SW15 2DF. The words we, us and our refer to that provider.

These terms, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the agreement between you and us. If any part is found not to apply, the rest still stands.

MRCS28 provides online revision courses for the MRCS examinations, delivered as lessons on this website. The courses are MRCS Part A Bootcamp and MRCS Part B Bootcamp.
3. Who can use it
The courses are intended for doctors and surgical trainees preparing for the MRCS. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
4. Your account
You need an account to access paid content. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your permission.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid courses are sold on a rolling monthly subscription. Prices are shown on the course pages. Payment is processed by Stripe. Billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Licence to use the content
We grant you a personal, non transferable licence to access the course content for your own exam preparation while your subscription is active. You may not share your account, republish the content, or resell any part of it.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. A subscription does not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, record or redistribute the lessons. Do not attempt to bypass the paywall or share access. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.
9. Medical disclaimer
The courses are exam revision aids. They are not clinical guidance and must not be used to make patient care decisions. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.
