Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for MRCS28 course subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
MRCS28 courses are digital content. You buy access to online lessons on a rolling monthly subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.
2. Immediate access and your cancellation rights
When you subscribe your access begins straight away. By subscribing you ask us to start supplying the digital content immediately. You agree, and you acknowledge, that once access has begun you lose the statutory 14 day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You confirm this by ticking the box shown at checkout.
3. Our goodwill refund window
We offer a goodwill refund within 24 hours of your first payment. To qualify you must email us within 24 hours of that payment, and you must not have worked through more than a small part of the course. We may check our records of which lessons your account has opened. After 24 hours we do not refund the current month.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops your next payment. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give part month refunds, and there is no cancellation fee.
5. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is taken on the same date each month through Stripe.
6. How approved refunds are paid
Where we agree a refund we make it to your original payment method through Stripe. It normally reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it. If it continues to fail your access may be paused until payment succeeds.
8. How to request a refund or get help
Email us at support@mrcsa.co.uk. Tell us the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within a few working days.
9. Before you raise a chargeback
If something is wrong, please contact us first. We would rather put it right directly. We keep records of your subscription and which lessons your account has accessed. If you raise a chargeback we may share those records with your bank and with Stripe to respond to it. Raising a chargeback before contacting us can delay a fair resolution.
10. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights where content is faulty or not as described. If a course is not delivered as described you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
